When slate isn't the right fit, we install top-tier architectural shingles — GAF Timberline, CertainTeed Landmark, and similar premium lines only.
Proper Underlayment & Flashing
A roof is only as good as what's underneath. We never cut corners on underlayment, ice & water shield, or metal flashing — especially critical in WNY winters.
Full Tear-Off & Inspection
We tear off the old roof completely, inspect the decking, replace any damaged boards, and start fresh. No layering new over old.
