Every home gets soft washed with a TSP substitute before we touch a brush. This dulls down the old paint surface so our new coat bonds properly and lasts longer.
Real Surface Preparation
We scrape all loose paint, fill cracks and nail holes, and remove and replace any rotten wood. We will never paint over rotted wood — it gets replaced, every time.
Benjamin Moore Aura
We exclusively use Benjamin Moore Aura — the most advanced exterior paint product currently available. No substitutes, no builder-grade paint on premium homes.
