3. Estimates and Proposals

Online estimates generated through our website are approximate and intended for informational purposes only. Final pricing is determined after an in-person assessment by our team. A formal proposal must be reviewed and signed by both parties before any work begins. Accepted proposals constitute a binding agreement for the described scope of work.

4. Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Northeast Pro Services LLC related to your project, appointment, or inquiry.

5. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your signed proposal. Deposits may be required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments can be made via credit card, check, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your proposal.

6. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work after proposal acceptance must be documented through a formal change order. Change orders may affect the total project cost and timeline. Both parties must agree to change orders before additional work begins.

7. Project Scheduling

Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly. We are not liable for delays caused by weather or other force majeure events.

8. Warranties

Warranty terms, if applicable, are specified in your signed proposal. Warranties cover workmanship and materials as described. Normal wear and tear, damage from external factors, improper maintenance, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northeast Pro Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or online tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property
